Remediation and deconstruction work on the old CTIE building The contract concerns the selective deconstruction of a building of approximately 5,000m² on 5 levels, with maintenance of the buried part. The work includes: - Cleaning: approx. 3'000m² - Remediation: removal of asbestos sockets and FMA flocking - Deconstruction: approx. 3,500m² of slabs, 333t of metal framework, 70% of which for the project owner - Recovery and recovery of reusable materials.
