How does TendersPedia source verified global government bids?

We utilize a proprietary, AI-driven crawling strategy that monitors over 100,000 official sources, including government gazettes, multilateral funding portals and purchaser websites globally to ensure 100% verified and original information.

Can I receive daily tender alerts for specific regions like the Middle East or Africa?

Yes. Our Tender Alert Service (TAS) allows you to create custom profiles based on geography (e.g., GCC Tenders), industry sectors and specific keywords to receive tailored daily summaries directly in your inbox.

What is the difference between an RFP, RFQ and EOI?

An EOI (Expression of Interest) is for early qualification; an RFP (Request for Proposal) is for complex services requiring a technical solution; and an RFQ (Request for Quotation) is primarily price-driven for standard goods.

How do I access the BOQ and technical specifications for a live tender?

Upon registration, every tender detail page features a "Download Documents" section. This provides the original bid package (PDF or Zip) containing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), NIT and Technical Schedules.

Does TendersPedia provide information on World Bank and ADB-funded projects?

Absolutely. We track all major Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) projects, providing early intelligence on procurement notices from the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, AfDB and EBRD.

Can TendersPedia help me find a local partner for a Joint Venture (JV)?

Yes. Our Bid Consultancy team assists international firms in identifying and vetting local agents or partners to satisfy the local participation requirements of International Competitive Bidding (ICB).

How can I track tender results and contract award notices?

Our platform maintains an extensive archive of Contract Award Notices. Subscribers can use this data to analyze winning bid prices and identify successful competitors in specific regions or sectors.

What are 'Corrigendum' alerts and why are they critical?

A Corrigendum is an official amendment to a tender. TendersPedia tracks these in real-time, notifying you of changes in deadlines, technical specs or eligibility, preventing your bid from being disqualified.

Is TendersPedia suitable for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)?

Yes. We categorise tenders by value and complexity, allowing SMEs to find smaller municipal contracts or sub contracting opportunities within larger infrastructure projects.
