Refund Policy
TendersPedia stands behind the information provided by it and values its customers. TendersPedia makes sure that the buyer takes the informed decision of buying the services by providing sample information and free trial etc. TendersPedia also advises its clients to kindly have a proper discussion and inquiry before buying the services. TendersPedia requests its buyer to appreciate the fact the information being sold is in electronic format and hence it is considered to be consumed immediately after TendersPedia sends the email containing website account credentials. Therefore, TendersPedia will not entertain any request of refund or cancellation. TendersPedia would further clarify that once the payment is done, it will be assumed that the client has evaluated the services to its fullest satisfaction and has clarified all his queries/doubts with respect to the services. After making the payment no refund or cancellation request will be entertained.

Breaches of these Terms and Conditions
Without prejudice to TendersPedia's other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, TendersPedia may take such action as TendersPedia deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Copyright and Fair Use Policy:
The user/(s) of this website acknowledge and agree that all content and all materials available through the service, is the property of the TendersPedia and may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are permitted to copy some material for their personal use. Users are not permitted to republish, resell or re-distribute further by any means whether directly or indirectly any part of the data either on another website, or in any other medium, print, electronic or otherwise, or as part of any commercial service without the prior written permission from TendersPedia.
TendersPedia subscription is available to organizations (and individuals as well) who participate in tenders directly. Accordingly, paid members can view 500 Tenders per day and prospective clients who are on free trial can access only 50 tenders per day.
Heavy users and content aggregators can get the data in bulk with redistribution rights. The data can be delivered on a daily basis through API or direct transfer to the client's server.
False Identity
If a customer subscribes to our services using a fictitious name, false identity, or any other unauthorized name, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the services without prior notice. In such cases, no refund shall be issued.
Disclosure to Law Enforcement Authorities
If we receive a valid request, order, or notice from any law enforcement agency, regulatory authority, or government body (from any country), we reserve the right to disclose relevant client information and data as required by applicable laws and regulations.
Severability
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with any other document signed, constitute the entire agreement between you and TendersPedia in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
