The Authority is seeking to procure a haulage service to collect, transport, and ship Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) generated from its ISO 14001:2015 compliant Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) to a nominated recovery services contractor site (note: recovery services are subject to a separate tender opportunity and not part of this Invitation to Tender). This procurement will secure a suitably qualified and capable of collecting, transporting and, shipping approximately 300 tonnes of loose IBA per week, starting August 2026.
