Dear Bidder,The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultancy aims to produce a comprehensive strategic analysis for subsidize the development of a Model Collective Agreement for the Brazilian coffee sector, focusing on Occupational Health and Safety (OSH). The work will include:1. Comparative documentary analysis of existing conventions and collective agreements in the sector coffee, identifying gaps, convergences and good practices related to OSH clauses; 2. Strategic territorial mapping to identify priority regions for potential implementation, considering production profiles, production structure cooperatives and local leaders; 3. Analysis of political, institutional, cultural and economic factors that influence the adoption of OSH clauses in collective bargaining processes; 4. Systematization of promising practices and lessons learned; 5. Preparation of technical and strategic recommendations to support the adoption and gradual implementation of a Model Collective Agreement; 6. Preparation of a draft Model Collective Agreement, including proposed clauses, technical justification and guidelines for regional adaptation.
