Tender Details

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to provide the UNAIDS Communities, Human Rights and Gender Practice critical support to deliver its ambitious agenda on gender equality and HIV in 2026.The provider shall be a company, partnership, consortium or and individual operating in the field of public health, gender equality and rights in developing contexts, including women-s, girl-s and gender-diverse- s health and rights, HIV, with proven expertise in policy and advocacy, programming, writing, events organisation and experience in coordination functions in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.The consultancy is full-time, January - December 2026 for a minimum of 20 days per month, remote working in the same time zone of CAT/SAST.UNAIDS- Communities, Human Rights and Gender thematic focus area leads and supports advocacy efforts to place community leadership and engagement, human rights and and gender equality at the center of policy and programmatic efforts to scale up HIV prevention, testing, treatment, and care services.
