The office of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in Brazil has opened a selection process to hire a law firm in Brazil, with the aim of providing legal advisory services specialist to the PAHO/WHO Office in the country. The deadline for sending a technical and financial proposal is January 23, 2026. The contract will have an initial duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Among the responsibilities of the selected office are: preparation of opinions, memoranda and technical notes; systematic monitoring of national jurisprudence; participation in coordination meetings; and attending to specific or urgent legal consultations. They will be able to participate in the selection process offices with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), with at least 10 years of proven experience in legal advice, and solid knowledge in areas such as labor, tax, civil, contractual, administrative and corporate law. Previous experience with international organizations or the United Nations System will be considered an advantage, as will technical communication skills in Portuguese and English. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical and financial, including the experience and institutional reputation of the office, the qualifications of the assigned team, the work methodology and responsiveness, in addition to the financial proposal.
