North Somerset Council (NSC) are looking to appoint a single supply contractor to deliver electrical related property compliance testing and inspection across the North Somerset estate.

This contract opportunity is a new 3-year contract from 1st April 2027 (with the option to extend by 1 year). This will be a JCT Measured Term Contract 2024.

NSC are looking for a contractor with relevant experience of providing a similar service across a comparable variety of properties, such as nurseries, libraries, offices, leisure centres etc.

Rutland County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a Gypsy, Traveller and Travelling Showpeople Accommodation Assessment (GTTSAA). The study will provide an up-to-date assessment of current and future accommodation needs across Rutland for the period 2026-2046, in accordance with national planning policy and guidance. The findings will directly inform Local Plan policy development, including pitch and plot targets, five-year supply calculations, and the identification of longer-term accommodation provision.

Project Description: This Project is related to the Events Management framework tender. Network Rail has identified a requirement for the provision of Event Management and strategic solutions to plan, and to deliver internal organisation events.
